Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,580 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 16 May 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 15th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 11-12 May 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez (Team Leader), Mr. Acod L. Mangondato, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr., Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao, and Mr. Johar Casad.

The Team processed 691 e-Passport applications, 48 Extension of Passport Validity, 16 Report of Birth, 327 Notarial Services, and 10 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 488 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 600 clients, of which 341 or 56.83% responded as follows:
