Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
588 Consular Services in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 12 October 2014) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia on 10-11 October 2014. The EOW is the 30th for this year and the 15th in Al Khobar.

The five-member team,  which was headed by  Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal was able  to process 432 e-Passport applications, 119 notarial services, 11 birth registrations, 9 passport extensions, and released 242 claimed new passports.

The Team was assisted by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern Region.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 450 clients, of which 298 responded as follows:
