17-18 October 2014 “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in Al-Khobar
Provides 787 Consular Services
(Riyadh, 19 October 2014) – The 26th “Embassy on Wheels” mobile consular activity for the year in Al-Khobar, held on 17-18 October 2014 processed a total of 484 ePassport renewal applications. During the two-day activity, the EOW team was also able to process 33 passport extensions, 22 Reports of Birth (ROB), 11 Lost Passports, 234 notarial applications and 3 authentications.
Three members of the EOW team were on hand to provide Overseas Voting Registration services during the consular outreach activity. A total of 482 Filipinos registered.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service the outreach mission distributed 400 Client Feedback forms, out of 157 forms were accomplished. The following were the results of the survey:
