1,706 consular services extended during
"Embassy on Wheels" in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, 12 October 2014) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held another consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia on 7-8 November 2014. A total of 1,706 consular services were extended to Filipinos during the EOW.

The five-member team, which was headed by Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal was able to process 470 e-Passport applications, 312 notarial services, 22 birth registrations, 28 passport extensions, five (5) lost passport services, one (1) Travel Document issuance, and released 868 claimed new passports.

The Team was assisted by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern Region.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 250 clients, of which 103 responded as follows:
