“Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) Travels to Hail
and Extends 457 Services
(Riyadh, 16 November 2014) – The 32nd “Embassy on Wheels” consular outreach mission this year was held in Hail on 14-15 November 2014.
Of the 457 consular transactions processed by the Embassy team, 235 were passport renewals, eight (8) were notarials, and six (6) were Reports of Birth. There were also 206 new passports released.
Those who availed of consular services during the EOW accomplished 221 Client Feedback Forms (88.40%), out of 250 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
