Special Ten-Day Passport Renewal Services
Successfully Held in Al Khobar

(Riyadh, KSA) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its 10-day special “Embassy on Wheels”(EOW) passport renewal outreach mission on 02-06 and on 23-27 November 2014 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Al Khobar.

The 10-day exercise, which was by appointment only, was conducted to address the large demand for passport renewal services by Filipinos living and working in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Inline with the Embassy’s program to improve its services, the EOW team distributed 1,315 client feedback forms and 1,114 (84.7%) were returned.  The following were the results of the survey:

The EOW in the Eastern Province will be in Gas Beach Camp, Jubail, on 12-13 December2014.(END)
