PHILIPPINE EMBASSY BULLETIN
ON THE
2017 KSA AMNESTY PROGRAMME:
“A NATION WITHOUT VIOLATORS”
Bulletin No. 005
Today, 16 May 2017, the Philippine Embassy was informed by Saudi Immigration Officials (Jawasat) that due to the large number of Mother and Child Amnesty applicants who submit falsified Birth Notifications from Saudi Hospitals, the Jawasat will now only accept the ORIGINAL Birth Notification from the Hospital and/or ORIGINAL Birth Certificate issued by the Saudi Civil Registry located in Nasiriyah before processing the application for final exit visa.
The Jawasat will no longer process the application for final exit visas of Mother and Child cases who cannot submit the abovementioned documents.
Mother and Child cases who cannot submit the abovementioned documents must undergo DNA testing. As previously announced in the Embassy’s Bulletin No.003, Mothers/Fathers whose children do not have a birth notification from the hospital or Saudi Civil Registry should proceed to the Philippine Embassy for scheduling of DNA Testing at the Jawasat. Requirements for DNA testing is a xerox copy of the parent and child’s passports/travel documents.
The Philippine Embassy strongly advises all Filipino nationals to beware of unscrupulous individuals who promise to help them with their documentation/final exit through illegal means. All Amnesty applicants should follow established rules and guidelines in order not to jeopardize their exit from the Kingdom. - END
