ORAS NG PAGBOTO MAS LALO PANG PINAHABA
13 oras ng pagboto sa huling 3 araw ng eleksyon

 

(Riyadh, 06 Mayo 2016) – Upang bigyan ng higit pang pagkakataon ang mga rehistradong botante sa Saudi Arabia na makaboto, lalo pang pinahaba ng Philippine Embassy sa Riyadh ang oras ng pagboto sa huling tatlong (3) araw ng eleksyon.

Mula 06 Mayo 2016 hanggang 08 Mayo 2016, labintatlong (13) oras na ang ilalaan ng Philippine Embassy sa Riyadh para sa pagboto . Magsisimula ang oras ng pagboto mula alas-8 ng umaga at matatapos ng alas-9 ng gabi sa mga araw ng 06, 07, at 08 Mayo 2016.

Magtatapos ang eleksyon sa ganap na alas-12 ng tanghali (Saudi Arabia time) sa araw ng Lunes, 09 Mayo 2016.

“Ito na po ang huling tatlong araw ng eleskyon. Inaanyayan ko ang lahat ng rehistradong botanteng Pilipino sa Saudi Arabia na maglaan ng kaunting oras upang magtungo sa Embassy at bumoto. Mas pinahaba ng Embassy ang oras ng pagboto upang bigyan ang mas nakararaming Pilipino na makaboto pagkatapos ng kanilang shift sa trabaho. Huwag po nating sayangin ang ating karapatan,” ani Ambassador Ezzedin H. Tago.

Kasama ang pagbabahaba ng voting hours sa Voters’ Education and Rights (VOTERS) Initiative ng Embassy para sa 2016 Philippine National Elections.

Requirements:

ANY of the following may be presented to the SBEI:
  1. Original PHL passport
  2. Voter’s ID
  3. Any PHL-issued ID
  4. Iqama
  5. Seaman’s book (if seafarer)

Reminders:

Inspect your voter receipt and drop it in the receipt receptacle.

Do not leave voting area with the voter receipt.

Taking photographs of the ballot or the voter receipt is an election offense.

Campaigning inside the polling area and within a 30-meter radius, including wearing campaign material for or against any candidate or party, is an election offense.
