Philippine Embassy Successfully Conducts
7th Overseas Voting Outreach in
2nd Industrial City, Riyadh
(Riyadh, 23 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducts its seventh (7th) Overseas Voting (OV) Registration Outreach for the year 2017 at Da’awa Islamic Center, Riyadh 2nd Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 22 April 2017.
The one-day registration outreach was conducted in parallel with the Embassy-On-Wheels Consular Outreach headed by Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera. The OV Team was able to register 188 new Overseas Voters, 39 for the Certifications.
The next schedule of Overseas Voting Mobile Registration will be held in Dhahran, Eastern Region, KSA on 28 to 29 April 2017.
The Philippine Embassy invites all Filipinos in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to register as overseas voters to enable them to vote in the Senatorial Elections in 2019.(END)
