Philippine Embassy Successfully Conducts
8th Overseas Voting Outreach in
Dhahran, Eastern Region
(Riyadh, 30 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducts its eighth (8th) Overseas Voting (OV) Registration Outreach for the year 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel, Dhahran, Eastern Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 28 to 29 April 2017.
The two-day registration outreach was conducted in parallel with the Embassy-On-Wheels Consular Outreach headed by Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i. Iric C. Arribas. The OV Team was able to register 486 new Overseas Voters, 56 for the Certifications.
The next schedule of Overseas Voting Mobile Registration will be held in Dhahran, Eastern Region, KSA on 12 to 13 May 2017.
The Philippine Embassy invites all Filipinos in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to register as overseas voters to enable them to vote in the Senatorial Elections in 2019. (END)
