Philippine Embassy Successfully Conducts
14th Overseas Voting Outreach in Dhahran Eastern Province
(Riyadh, 31 July 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its fourteenth (14th) Overseas Voting (OV) Registration Outreach for the year at Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The two-day registration outreach was conducted in parallel with the Embassy-on-Wheels Consular Outreach headed by Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez. The OV Team was able to register 180 new Overseas Voters, 359 certifications, 2 recapture and 1 Transfer without biometrics.
The next schedule of Overseas Voting Mobile Registration will be held in Hail Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 11-12 August 2017.
The Philippine Embassy invites all Filipinos in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to register as overseas voters to be able to vote in the senatorial elections in 2019. (END)
