The Embassy regularly conducts Overseas Voting Registration from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Embassy chancery. Overseas Voting Registration is also being conducted during the Embassy-on-Wheels Consular Outreach to the other regions under the Embassy’s jurisdiction.
Applicants are reminded to bring either of the following during OV Registration:
- Previously issued COMELEC Identification Cards;
- Photocopy of current Philippine passport;
- Photocopy of Seaman’s book (for Seafarers); or
- Other documents to prove that applicant is a Filipino.
The Embassy would also like to inform FilipinoS who have previously registered or have voted during the last 2013 elections that they can verify their status as Overseas Voters for proper coordination with the COMELEC before the set deadline and to avoid difficulties in voting during the election.
