Embassy Announces Opening of Application for Accreditation
of FilCom, NGOs and Civil Society Organizations
as Partners of COMELEC in the Conduct of 2016 Overseas Voting

(Riyadh, 03 February 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, pursuant to Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10036, announces the opening of applications for accreditation of Filipino Communities (FilCom), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as partners of COMELEC in connection with the conduct of Overseas Voting (OV) for purposes of the 2016 National Elections.

Attached is a copy of COMELEC Resolution No. 10036 on the guidelines and requirements for application.

Applications for accreditation must be filed personally with the Embassy’s OV Focal Person during office hours from 01 February to 31 March 2016.END
