Philippine Embassy Outreach to Al-Khobar on 11-12 April 2014
Serves 532 ePassport Renewal Applicants

 

(Riyadh, 13 April 2014) – The “Embassy on Wheels” mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar held on 11-12 April 2014 served a total of 532 ePassport renewal applicants. In addition to the ePassport renewal applications, the two-day activity was able to provide consular services to 313 other clients.

Also processed by the mobile consular team were 62 passport extensions, 15 Reports of Birth (ROB), 5 Lost Passports, 228 notarial applications and authentication, and 3 Travel Document issuances.

Missing

The next “Embassy on Wheels” in Al-Khobar is scheduled on 25-26 April 2104, also at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.

Those who were able to avail themselves of consular services during the EOW accomplished 93 Client Feedback forms, out of 250 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
