Philippine Ambassador Makes Farewell Call on
MFA Undersecretary for Consular Affairs

(Riyadh, 4 January 2016)   Philippine Ambassador Mr. Ezzedin H. Tago made a courtesy call on 31 May 2016 on the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Undersecretary for Consular Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Osamah Al-Senousi at the MFA Headquarters in Riyadh.

During the farewell call, Ambassador Ezzedin Tago expressed appreciation to the Undersecretary for the host governments assistance in various consular matters, including facilitation of consular outreach missions, arrangements for jail visitations and assistance to violators of the residency laws especially during the 2013-14 correction period, and regular amnesty for those detained for various offenses.

MFA Undersecretary Al-Senousi expressed appreciation for the Embassy’s cooperation with the MFA and other host government agencies. He added that the Kingdom continues to welcome the deployment of more Filipino workers to the Kingdom. (END)
