520 ePassport Renewal Applicants Served during
"Embassy on Wheels" (EOW) in Al-Khobar on 25-26 April 2014

(Riyadh, 28 April 2014) – The "Embassy on Wheels" mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar held on 25-26 April 2014 served a total of 520 ePassport renewal applicants. In addition to the ePassport renewal applications, the two-day activity was able to provide consular services to 227 other clients.

Also processed by the mobile consular team were 39 passport extensions, 12 Reports of Birth (ROB), 6 Lost Passports, 169 notarial applications and authentication, and 1 Travel Document issuance.

The next “Embassy on Wheels” in Al-Khobar is scheduled on 09-10 May 2104, also at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.

Those who were able to avail themselves of consular services during the EOW accomplished 283 Client Feedback forms, out of 424 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
