(Riyadh, 4 December 2017) The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would like to inform the Filipino community that in view of its desire to maximize the availment of passport services by the Filipino community, the Philippine Embassy has opened a PASSPORT ONSITE ONLINE LANE (POOL) where its passport clients can make an online passport appointment at the Philippine Embassy Chancery.

Consular Attaché Eujames C. Acopan (standing) assisting the first client of POOL, Mr. Standley Collo, on getting an online appointment at the Embassy. Mr. Collo, finished the online appointment process in less than 5 minutes. He was also able to get an appointment on 10 December 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

This added service of the Embassy complements the existing Passport Appointment System which is being implemented to further systematize the procedures in applying for a Philippine passport. It ensures and guarantees that passport applicants will be prioritized and served. (END)
