Philippine-curriculum Schools Participate
in International Student Conference

A student from Elite International School expounds on the school’s video presentation.

(Riyadh, 10 December 2017) – Students from three Philippine curriculum schools in Riyadh participated in the British International School Riyadh International Student Conference held on 7 December 2017 at the British International School in Riyadh.

Students from Elite International School screened a video presentation on the effect of the armed conflict in Marawi to the Filipino children and how the school expanded the awareness of the students in promoting peace. On the other hand, Al Taj International School prepared a short play showing how the internal struggles in the family can affect the attitude of a person when in conflict areas. Both presentations were well-received in the conference.

This yearly activity of the British International School brings students of different nationalities together to interact and socialize with each other to facilitate respect for different cultures and beliefs. (END)
