Philippine Embassy in Riyadh Participates in the
1st Riyadh International Exhibition

(Riyadh, 22 June 2014) –The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh participated in the Riyadh International Exhibition (First Edition) on 22 June 2014 until 25 June 2014 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in King Abdullah Road, Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The exhibition was organized under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and under the supervision of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The two main objectives of the event are: (1) Show the investment trade and business opportunities offered by the Saudi economy to the business community, and (2) Deepen the international cooperation in all areas, enhance relationships and to bring views of exporters and importers closer through direct meetings during the exhibition.

Missing

The Philippines showcased the different tourist destinations in the country, which includes Puerto Princesa in Palawan and the famous beaches located in the Visayas Region and Davao. Aside from that, the visitors also inquired on specific travel packages being offered to those who want to go to the Philippines for vacation.
