VOTE FOR VIGAN! HISTORIC CITY STAYS THE COURSE

TO BE ONE OF THE NEW 7 WONDER-CITIES OF THE WORLD

The Embassy is pleased to inform the Filipino community in Saudi Arabia that Vigan, Ilocos Sur has been included as one of the finalists in the Search for the New 7 Wonder-Cities of the World during the 3^rd voting phase of the competition. Out of 77 finalists, Vigan was included in the 28 cities chosen to continue into the fourth (4^th) and final phase.

The final phase of the competition began on 21 October 2014 and will end on 7 December 2014, wherein the 28 remaining cities will now be trimmed down to its final 7.

As the lone entry from the Philippines in the competition, the Philippine Embassy, encourages all Filipinos in Saudi Arabia to continue to support Vigan, Ilocos Sur by voting online using the following SMS and international phone numbers:

1. For 1 vote, text VIGAN and send to 29290777 on all OFW SIM / Philippine SIM cards;
